Plum & Slate: A Perfect Pair

Nestled in the heart of the Pacific Northwest, Plum and Slate, a boutique design studio, has been redefining spaces with its unique blend of modern aesthetics and timeless charm. Founded by husband-and-wife duo, Alex and Jamie, the studio has carved a niche for itself, transforming ordinary homes into extraordinary sanctuaries.

Plum and Slate's signature style is a harmonious fusion of clean lines, rich textures, and a carefully curated color palette, inspired by the natural beauty of the region. Their designs are not just about aesthetics; they are about creating spaces that tell a story, evoke emotions, and enhance the quality of life.

Our Design Philosophy

At Plum and Slate, we believe that every space should be a reflection of its inhabitants. Our design philosophy is rooted in the idea of 'authentic luxury' - creating spaces that are not only beautiful but also functional, comfortable, and deeply personal.

We strive to create spaces that are not just 'designed' but 'lived in'. We believe in the power of storytelling through design, and our spaces are a testament to this belief. Each project is a unique narrative, a blend of our clients' personalities, their lifestyle, and our creative vision.

Understanding Your Story

Our design process begins with understanding your story. We believe that the best designs come from a deep understanding of our clients - their likes, dislikes, aspirations, and challenges. We take the time to listen, to ask the right questions, and to understand your vision for your space.

We believe that every detail matters. From the layout of your living room to the color of your kitchen cabinets, each decision is made with care, keeping your story at the heart of the process.

Crafting Your Space

Once we have a clear understanding of your story, we begin to craft your space. We work with a network of skilled artisans, craftsmen, and suppliers to source materials and pieces that tell your story. We believe in the power of bespoke pieces and the beauty of imperfection.

We also believe in the power of collaboration. We work closely with our clients throughout the design process, ensuring that they are involved in every decision. After all, it's your space, and we want you to love every inch of it.
