Memorial Day, observed on the last Monday of May, is a federal holiday in the United States honoring the men and women who died while serving in the U.S. military. Many businesses, including retail stores, adjust their operating hours on this day. So, let's find out about Garden State Plaza's Memorial Day schedule.

Garden State Plaza's Memorial Day Hours

Garden State Plaza, located in Paramus, New Jersey, is a popular shopping destination. On regular days, it operates from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. However, on Memorial Day, the mall adjusts its hours to accommodate the holiday.

In recent years, Garden State Plaza has opened its doors on Memorial Day, but with reduced hours. The mall typically opens later in the morning and closes earlier in the evening. It's always a good idea to check the mall's official website or contact them directly for the most accurate and up-to-date information.

Memorial Day Store Hours

While the mall itself may be open, individual store hours can vary. Some stores may choose to close or operate with reduced hours on Memorial Day. It's recommended to check with specific stores you plan to visit to ensure they are open.

Many anchor stores, such as Macy's and Nordstrom, usually operate with adjusted hours on holidays. They may open later and close earlier than their regular hours. Again, it's best to confirm with the stores directly.

Memorial Day Sales and Events

Memorial Day weekend is often a popular time for sales and promotions. Many stores at Garden State Plaza may offer special discounts or host events during this period. Keep an eye on the mall's website and social media channels for updates on any Memorial Day sales or events.
